Vector Volume From Point-Vectors
Creates a vector volume from points and corresponding vectors, interpolating between them to fill the grid.
Inputs
| Name | Nick | Type | Default | Description |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Points | P | Pointlist | Sample point locations. | |
| Vectors | Vec | Vectorlist | The vector at each point (same count as Points). | |
| Voxel Size | VS | Number | 1 | Voxel size. |
| Bounding Boxoptional | B | Box | Optional box defining the grid extent (its world bounds are used). If omitted, the padded bounds of the points are used. | |
| Unitise | U | Boolean | False | If true, the output vectors are normalised to unit length (their magnitudes are still available on the Amplitude output). |
Outputs
| Name | Nick | Type | Description |
|---|---|---|---|
| Vector Volume | V | Vector Volume | The output vector volume. |
| Amplitude | A | Scalar Volume | Per-voxel vector magnitude as a scalar volume. |
Messages
What the component may report, shown as a balloon on the canvas.
| Level | Message |
